This mum is my soul sister & the colours of her heart are preciously placed throughout her beautiful family home.

A fellow creative herself, with a knack for styling & home filled with gorgeous, eclectic & vibrant pieces (many of them made with her own hands), I knew i’d be absolutely in my element with Gabi’s family lifestyle photos. We’d talked about doing it for a while & I was so seriously pumped when she booked me.

On the day of the shoot, I got to meet her little energy ball Miles & the cheeky photos we got of him say it all really. He was so keen to have his spunky little self photographed & we played so many different little games to keep him happily entertained & to prompt the shots. We then headed outdoors for the last leg of golden light to get some more classic family shots, but even this involved lots of tummy tickles, & tiny human aeroplanes. In the end, it felt like little more than a cheerful play date & I reckon mum & dad ended our session pretty well exhausted.

To say I’m obsessed with this session is an understatement! It’s so refreshing to get a client who’s style aligns so well with my own & trusts my work as much as Gabi did. Enjoy!
