I am truly obsessed with this session. There’s just so much to love… The autumn colours; the perfect town sunset view from the top of tank hill & these two soaking each other in, excited to be welcoming their little bundle very soon.

I sent 2 phone snaps to Jas in the morning, of shrubs that were literally on the side of the road. I told her I wanted to shoot in those particular spots because I thought I could pull the colours out really well in post & I’m so happy she trusted me because I think it was totally worth it.

I try to keep all my sessions really simple & focus on the love & magic between the couple. These sessions are the next best thing to couples wedding shots for me, without all the pressure & rushing. It’s about their story, & despite my awkward promps like: ‘kiss with your teeth’ & ‘choose 5 spots on  her body & breathe her in’, these guys trusted me wholly & we had plenty of fun & laughs on this cold, cold afternoon.

Once again I’m blown away that people out there choose me to capture their life memories.
